Important: Placement assistance does not guarantee placement, job role, salary package, or company selection. Final hiring decisions are solely based on company requirements and candidate performance.
Legal Reference: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, placement assistance is classified as an ancillary educational service. Any marketing communication referencing 'placement support' refers exclusively to facilitated access and preparation services, not an assured employment outcome.

1.4 Offer Rejection Policy
- Rejecting an interview opportunity without a valid reason may be counted as a used placement attempt
- Rejecting a job offer after clearing all rounds may render the student ineligible for immediate further placement opportunities in the current cycle
- Multiple instances of offer rejection may lead to suspension from placement assistance services
- Meritshot bears no financial or legal liability for any employment opportunity declined by a student
1.5 Placement Attempt Policy
Interview opportunities are finite and allocated based on the following factors:
- Student skill level and technical knowledge
- Communication skills
- Company eligibility criteria
- Market demand
- Batch-level placement capacity
Important: Every student may receive a limited number of interview opportunities. Placement is not guaranteed solely on the basis of program completion.

- Participating in or facilitating proxy interviews
- Misbehaviour or unprofessional conduct with recruiters
- Sharing confidential interview questions or assessment patterns
